Chablis '1er Cru Vaillons' Jaffelin 2023

The Chablis Premier Cru 'Vaillons' by Maison Jaffelin comes from one of the oldest wineries in Beaune, founded in 1816 and always faithful to the classic Burgundy winemaking style. The Chardonnay grapes ferment in steel at controlled temperature, partly in tank and partly in oak barrel, and then age for ten months on fine lees. On the nose, it is fresh and mineral, with floral notes and white-fleshed fruit, while on the palate it reveals itself to be round and appealing, with a long savory finish.
