'Jeu de Mains' Domaine Bersan 2023

The Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre 'Jeu de Mains' from Domaine Bersan originates in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux from pure Pinot Noir grapes, from old vines on clay-limestone soils. Resulting from organic viticulture and still manual pressing, it rests in five-hectoliter barrels in the ancient cellars. On the nose, it shows intense and spicy, with cherry, raspberry, and blackberry on a hint of black pepper. On the palate, it is material but medium-bodied, with silky tannin, lively freshness, and a rich and savory finish. An identity and contemporary Burgundy red, ideal with red meats and game birds.
