Mercurey Rouge Chateau de Garnerot 2023

The Mercurey Rouge from Chateau de Garnerot is a red wine from the Cote Chalonnaise, the heart of Burgundy. The vines are cultivated without pesticides or herbicides, following the rhythms of the lunar calendar, to seek sustainability and communion with nature. On the nose, very elegant, red fruits in jam stand out with spicy hints that come in at the finish. The palate is structured, balanced, with a long fragrant finish. Ideal with spiced white meats, roasts, cold cuts, and washed-rind cheeses.
