The Rosé ‘11 Minutes’ by Pasqua Vini is born from an original blend of Corvina, Trebbiano, Syrah, and Carmenère, vinified with a very brief contact of only 11 minutes between skins and must. The fermentation in steel at low temperature preserves the floral and fruity aromas of this 'almost white' wine with pronounced sapidity. On the nose, it offers notes of strawberry, pomegranate, and rose, while on the palate it is fresh, balanced, and velvety. It pairs wonderfully with fish and vegetable dishes, such as asparagus and shrimp risotto.
